- Individuals with a minimum monthly net income of Rs.250,000/-.
What are the required documents?
- Certified copy of NIC
- Utility bill dated within last three months under the applicant's name, if the permanent address differs from the NIC address.
a) If Salaried;
- Latest salary slip
- Salary confirmation letter from the employer
b) If Self-employed;
- Copy of the business registration certificate.
- Copies of Current / Savings account statements for the last 03 months.
- Letter from auditor confirming annual income for last 2 years.
c) If Professional
- Adequate proof that the applicant has been engaged in the profession for last one year
- Copy of the license to practice / professional membership card from the relevant professional body
- Latest income tax returns (Optional)
